Conference Information  

Keynote Speaker

Dr. Dale Hartley is an industrial-organizational psychologist and former CEO.  During his business career, Dr. Hartley's company negotiated more than 40 consulting contracts with federal government agencies and military bases in 16 states and Puerto Rico.  In 2015 he received the Horizon Faculty Fellowship to develop a negotiation and conflict resolution methodology integrating theories and best practices from business and psychology.

Currently a full-time faculty member, he has attained the rank of associate professor and division chair.  Dr. Hartley's areas of research interest include profoundly dysfunctional workplaces, malignant organizational cultures, and counterproductive workplace behavior.  He is a prolific author in both scholarly and general circulation publications.
