Presentations - Each presenter will be allotted 30 minutes, which should include a 5 - 10 minute question and answer session at the end.
Posters and Exhibits - Presenters who wish to speak with attendees individually or in small groups may use their allotted time to stage an exhibit or engage in a poster session. 
Workshops - Co-presenters may combine their time to conduct a joint workshop lasting 60 minutes (2 presenters) or 90 minutes (3 or more presenters).  Please notify the conference organizing committee at least 30 days in advance if you wish to schedule a workshop.
Equipment - Presenters should bring a laptop.  Internet hookup, podium, projector, projection screen, microphone, and sound system will be provided by the hotel.
Attire - Business casual..
Language - English is the preferred language for  presentations, but presenters are welcome to speak in their native language, if different.  Please notify the conference organizing committee at least 30 days in advance if you will give a non-English presentation.  Abstracts must be in English.
